1. Agreement

By using our website or engaging CORNET STUDIO for a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide web development, app development, automation, and related technical services. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in writing before work begins — via proposal, message, or contract.

3. Projects, Payment & Revisions

Pricing is agreed before starting. Unless stated otherwise, website packages are one-time project fees. Hosting and domain renewals are separate ongoing costs. Revision rounds and support periods are defined per package or custom agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom work created for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.

5. Limitations

We build and deliver projects professionally but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services, hosting outages, or client-provided content.
